I was on the receiving end of a lovely RAOK from Jin of Superficially Colorful! It was a box containing three of her thermal polishes.

I have for you today Superficially Colorful Giggly! It is a hot pink in warm temperatures and a deep purple in cool temperatures. And the best part? It contains little pink flecks for ultimate depth.

Application was flawless. Pictured above is two coats for maximum opacity. Dry time was fantastic!

Thank you, Jin :)

I also received a big ol’ pack of nail art polishes from Tony of Tmart┬áto review. I’m not a big nail art person… I’ve never really done it. I don’t have the patience, nor am I artistically inclined like many nail bloggers. But since I had this pack of 24 2-way nail pens, I thought, might as well give it a shot.

These nail art pens come with a brush and a fine pen tip. Attempted to simulate tiger stripes with the black pen. Application was relatively pain free. The color is opaque. Only one coat was needed for each stripe. It was not watery or thing.

The only issue is quality control might not be as great on these. I could see brush hairs getting dislodged being a big issue. The brush is not completely uniform. But 24 colors for under $15 and free shipping? Not really something to complain about. Buy through Tmart here.
