Stumbled across one of the coolest etsy shops this morning while procrastinating on my bioacoustics lab report. Being a bio major, my inner nerd got very, very, very excited.
I present to you, Nervous System! (& their website with more even cool stuff, like black chromium plated jewelry. I can’t show all of it, otherwise there would be 10000 images.)
From their site:
“We create our designs through an iterative and expermental process. After brainstorming an initial concept we write a pattern generating algorithm in the computer through which we further explore our ideas and ultimately create the finished product.”
I am so excited right now. Yeah, I’m kind of a nerd. This is so cool. I love how delicate and simple, yet intricate everything is! I’m so ready to not be broke, ’cause I’d definitely snatch up one of these pieces. For now, I will imagine how the 2 layer twist ring will look on my finger.

For some reason, I’m okay with everything except for the rings. They freak me out a little. Love the first one the most.
